A new video podcast is in the works at CCM. Hosting from her YouTube channel, Cindy Carpenter is planning a series called Understanding Christianity. The plan for this podcast is to keep it shorter than a full length message and to lean into topics and questions that new and seasoned Christians frequently ask or misunderstand. There is five different categories that these videos may cover:
Verse Breakdowns are quite literally breaking down a verse or passage into simpler terms for people to understand.
Definitions may cover commonly misused words and bring clarification, such as the difference between grace and mercy.
Science and Apologetics will give a space to explore God’s creation and how science actually supports the Bible’s account of life and creation.
Questions and Answers is a vague category to answer miscellaneous questions that are often asked about Christianity.
Book Reviews will be for Cindy Carpenter to share books by various ministers whom she recommends and discuss what these books are about.
